How can you heat your swimming pool?

All of us love a swimming pool that is warm but the question is how do you heat it. There are several ways in which this can be done. One of the best options in this regard is using a Solar Pool Pump. After all, who would not want a pool that provides warm water when the weather outside is cold. It is common knowledge that in climatic conditions such as this water can lose its heat quickly if it is allowed to remain stagnant. This is especially applicable when the temperatures outside are so low that it is freezing.

In a way, the pool heat pumps are the best option that you have for heating that swimming pool of yours. These pumps use a number of methods to heat the water that passes by way of flow pipes. Various kinds of heat pumps are used in order to heat water in the pools. The type of heat pump that you use will determine how much cost you incur in the process. Your heating unit should be based on factors such as the pool’s size as well as the temperature outside the same.
These days, a lot of people are using the pool pumps that are powered by solar energy. As the name suggests they use solar energy in order to heat water. In this case, the water passes through solar collectors – it is here in the solar collectors that sunlight is changed to heat energy so that water can be heated directly. Solar panels are placed on the roof and it is from them that the heat energy is obtained. You should always compare the various options that you have before you select one. Obviously, if you are an average user the cost is always going to be an important factor.

An Effective and Alternative Way of Drawing Water Using a Solar Power Pump

A Solar Power Pump comprises an electric pump connected to a solar power system. A solar power system consists of a number of solar PV panels which converts radiation from the sun into electricity. This electrical energy is used to run any kind of a pump – be it a surface pump or a Submersible Pump. This can draw water from ponds, bore wells, rivers or any other source of water using solar energy.

The water thus drawn can be used in agricultural processes such as irrigation. Generally, the pipelines carrying water are connected to tanks which can store the extra water for future use. Domestic as well as irrigational purposes can be served using a solar water pump. It can draw a lot of water per day and is as effective as a pump run by conventional energy. Added to it there are several advantages of a solar water pump:

• Regular supply of fuel is not needed. As the solar panels convert solar radiations into electricity there is no need for fuel supply.

• The installation of solar panels can be expensive but it does not require any more investment. Thus, it is overall cost-effective.

• It saves the environment as solar energy is a sustainable and pollution free source of energy.
